My Story
Well, hello there!! Thanks for stopping by and checking out our Scentsy story!
Our story has changed since I, Krystal, joined this amazing journey back in 2016. I started selling Scentsy when our third baby, Liam, was born with a sick heart and needed around-the-clock nursing care. I'm a nurse, too, so I decided to stay home with him. My husband, Damien, worked HARD everyday and made sure all our needs were met. But that's all we did- work and pay bills. Being a family of 5 with 3 young kids, we needed extra income for the fun stuff, and already being a Scentsy lover, I decided to take the leap into becoming a Consultant to see where Scentsy could take me. Damien has been there all along, cheering me on and seeing the amazing opportunities we've been provided with, so he wanted to be my partner in this fun little "side biz".
Fast forward to now and here we are! Our youngest child is healthy and thriving and Scentsy has been a constant factor in our lives. Me being able to stay home with him was exactly what we needed as a family and we've had Scentsy to help with the extra funds.
What we love about this adventure is we can "work" when and how we want to. We don't have to commit ourselves to a set schedule; that makes it easy to be parents to our kids when they're home and sick, or when they just need a hug. We miss nothing with our kids. School performances, parent/teacher conferences, school holiday parties and fundraisers- we're part of all of those.
We both love our jobs; I as a nurse and he as a detailer, but our "jobs" as Consultants is what we're most passionate about. We're fortunate to be part of such a family-oriented company.
